This is a very special cake. A couple of months ago I felt inspired to create a cake in the style of the Japanese art form- Kintsugi- to represent being broken but put back together again and finding beauty in those flaws. That cake was so personal and heartfelt and I am so incredibly touched that @rocketsnwaterfalls connected with it and asked me to re-create it for her 28th birthday! Happy Birthday, Sweetheart!
